Agency.One is a wellness travel agency created to help people see more of what is possible in wellness.
We bring a broad view of wellness and a strong filter to what we recommend. That means looking beyond what is popular or beautifully packaged and paying attention to what gives an experience real substance, how the full stay comes together, and how well it fits each client.
Our value is in knowing the wellness landscape well, recognizing what stands out, and helping our clients access the experiences that deserve a place on their radar.

From Christian
Wellness travel has always been my favorite way to spend time away, whether at a luxury retreat, a relaxing weekend at the spa, exploring France through food, shopping, and culture, or paragliding over the valleys of Switzerland.
From my point of view, wellness is anything that makes us feel more alive.
I loved that no two experiences were quite the same, each expanding my sense of what wellness could look like in practice.
Over time, I realized the common thread wasn't the activity. It was the effect.
Creating Agency.One was my way of helping more people experience that same sense of restoration, perspective, and possibility I found through wellness travel. There is so much here to experience, and I can’t wait to open more of this world up to you.
Before Agency.One, I spent over a decade leading Organizational and Talent Development at companies including LVMH and Reddit.
I live for a spa day. I’m obsessive about exceptional service and well-designed experiences. The little things matter to me. I love great food, dim lighting, and could happily live in cozy loungewear.
